Maintains the requirement that guest rooms must be fully cleaned, sanitized, and provided with fresh linens before occupancy by a new guest

Preserves other existing hotel sanitization requirements including 24/7 front desk staffing, daily cleaning of public spaces, use of EPA-certified anti-microbial products, and employee training protocols

The Bureau of Housing Inspection in the Department of Community Affairs retains authority to inspect hotels for compliance with sanitization standards
