Requires New Jersey school districts to allow homeschooled students (those receiving "equivalent instruction elsewhere than at school") to try out for and participate in school-sponsored extracurricular activities including clubs, sports, musical ensembles, and theatrical productions in their resident district.

Participating homeschooled students must provide proof of residency, meet the same eligibility and tryout criteria as enrolled students, and comply with all policies and rules of the governing organization.

Students seeking to participate in interscholastic athletics must demonstrate they did not switch to homeschooling for athletic advantage, and remain ineligible if they were ineligible at the time of withdrawal from public school.

School districts must allow homeschooled students access to required physical examinations or medical tests for extracurricular participation and must publish exam dates on the district website.
