Exempts nonprofit organizations operating ski areas from requirements to post slope/trail difficulty ratings, provide trail maps and reports, report daily slope conditions, and remove obvious man-made hazards as soon as practicable

Defines "nonprofit organization" as a private nonprofit corporation, society, or association with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS

Amends P.L.1979, c.29 (New Jersey's ski area liability law) to add the nonprofit exemption while preserving existing liability protections for operators

Maintains that nonprofit-operated ski areas remain subject to the Ski Lift Safety Act (P.L.1975, c.226) and liability for negligent tramway construction, maintenance, or operation
