Department of Treasury must submit quarterly purchasing data reports to the Central Nonprofit Agency and annual compliance reports to the Governor and Legislature.

Compliance requirements take effect 60 days after Treasury issues implementation guidelines, which must be promulgated within 90 days of the bill's effective date.
