Requires the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to reimburse local units for actual costs reasonably incurred when responding to emergencies inside State parks and forests

Local units eligible for reimbursement include counties, municipalities, their agencies and authorities, and fire districts

Local units must submit a written invoice with documentation to the DEP within 30 days after responding to an emergency

DEP must issue reimbursement within 30 days after receiving the invoice

Applies only to costs incurred after the bill's enactment date
