Requires the Department of Agriculture to develop and implement a publicity and marketing program for community supported agriculture (CSA) within 180 days of enactment, including a searchable website listing all CSA programs and participating farms statewide

Establishes "Community Supported Agriculture Week" to be observed annually during the last full week in February, with promotional events at farms, schools, farmers' markets, and community organizations

Mandates the creation of distinct promotional labels for CSA-marketed agricultural products, which may incorporate the Jersey Fresh designation and official state map symbol

Expands the existing "New Jersey Farm to School Program" to encourage schools to participate as CSA subscribers and incorporate CSA education into school curricula

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to solicit and receive funds for CSA promotion, with monies deposited into the existing "New Jersey Farm Products Publicity Fund" to cover advertising, labeling, and implementation expenses
