Appropriates $370,000 total from the Workforce Development Partnership Fund: $250,000 for education cost reimbursements and $120,000 for recruitment bonuses.

Provides signing bonuses up to $6,000 per registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, payable in equal installments over two years, with a minimum of six nurses recruited across the three facilities.

Reimburses tuition costs (capped at approximately $7,500 per semester) for certified nurse assistants and healthcare personnel pursuing licensed practical nursing diplomas or registered nursing degrees, requiring recipients to work at least two years at a veterans home or repay a prorated portion of the grant.

Requires specialized training programs covering infection control, geriatric care, PTSD management, and trauma-informed care, with annual reporting by the Adjutant General on program participation and effectiveness.
