Requires students to obtain a limited license by submitting an application with proof of good academic standing, payment of a non-refundable fee, and passage of a criminal background check

Mandates that the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners establish rules governing preceptor training requirements, direct supervision standards, and the scope of practice for limited licensees

Limited licenses automatically expire upon the student's graduation or withdrawal from their chiropractic program

Takes effect on the first day of the 13th month following enactment
