Used motor vehicle dealers operating at multi-dealer locations must maintain a minimum of four business hours per week, Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

During required business hours, either the licensee or an authorized signatory must be personally present at the established place of business.

Multi-dealer locations must have a multi-dealer representative physically present Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though this representative does not need to be an authorized signatory for any specific dealer.

A "multi-dealer location" is defined as a single structure with multiple office spaces where separate businesses operate used motor vehicle dealerships, complying with Motor Vehicle Commission regulations.
