Authorizes New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement to join multi-state or national self-exclusion programs for gambling, allowing individuals to request exclusion from casinos across multiple states through a single form.

Permits the division to enter agreements with other states for mutual sharing and enforcement of self-exclusion lists.

Requires the division to establish regulations, procedures, and forms for implementation, including allowing individuals to select which specific states may receive their information.

Prohibits the division from sharing a self-excluded person's name or information with any jurisdiction without their express authorization.

Amends existing law (P.L.2001, c.39) that currently limits self-exclusion enforcement to New Jersey casinos and simulcasting facilities only.
