Waives tuition at New Jersey public colleges and county vocational schools for courses that serve as classroom training components of registered apprenticeship programs

Limits eligibility to individuals whose gross aggregate household income is below the state median income as determined by the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey

Requires eligible persons to complete FAFSA annually, exhaust all financial aid, maintain satisfactory academic progress, and remain employed as active registered apprentices

Excludes individuals whose tuition costs are already covered by employer benefits

Requires the State to reimburse institutions for the cost of all tuition waivers provided under this program
