Mandates the Department of Corrections provide prenatal services including medical evaluation, prenatal education, nutritional counseling, and physician-prescribed supplements for pregnant inmates

Requires counseling services covering family planning, birth control, test results, pregnancy termination options, child placement services, and religious counseling if desired by the inmate

Pregnant inmates choosing to carry to term must receive ongoing prenatal care including obstetrical services, maternity clothes, appropriate housing assignments, exercise accommodations, and reduced work schedules as medically advised

Requires post-partum education and care for inmates following delivery
