Points can be earned through activities including purchasing zero-emission vehicles, installing EV charging stations, adding solar power systems, or installing air filtration at local schools and hospitals

The Department of Environmental Protection must develop the program within 24 months and can audit operators, require annual reports, and publish compliance status publicly

Violations carry civil penalties up to $25,000 per day, and knowingly making false statements constitutes a third-degree crime with fines up to $50,000
