Prohibits voter registration information from New Jersey's Statewide voter registration system from being published on the Internet

Maintains existing access to voter registration data for authorized parties including the Secretary of State, county commissioners of registration, county and municipal clerks, political party committee chairmen, and voters who apply and pay for copies

Continues to allow physical distribution of voter lists to district boards, superintendents of elections, and political party officials as currently required by law

Preserves the ability for individual voters to verify their own registration status online without accessing other individuals' information

Continues existing prohibition on using voter registration lists for commercial or charitable solicitation, with violators subject to fines up to $500
