Expands New Jersey's Tourist Oriented Directional Signs (TODS) Program and Specific Service Sign (Logo) Program to include tourism attractions, historic sites, and historic districts as eligible facilities for roadway signage.

Requires participating attractions to be located within 15 miles of the State highway, open at least 6 hours daily and 5 days per week for 20 consecutive weeks annually, and provide artistic, cultural, historical, or entertainment value.

Directs the Division of Travel and Tourism to create and maintain an interactive website with searchable information on tourism attractions, historic sites, and historic districts statewide.

Website must include location details, driving and public transit directions, guided tour information, photographs, and contact information for each site.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, with rule amendments requiring Federal Highway Administration approval.
