National Guard members serving as election workers must wear civilian clothing, not uniforms, while performing their duties

National Guard election workers receive standard election worker compensation in addition to their regular military pay, though this payment is excluded from unemployment compensation calculations

Does not prohibit National Guard members from volunteering as election workers in their personal capacity under existing qualification requirements
