Department of Human Services must create a dedicated Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare website with a directory of federally-funded "health navigator" centers and community agencies that assist residents with health plan enrollment, including languages spoken at each location.

A separate Spanish-language website with identical content and a Spanish-language domain name must be established to serve Spanish-speaking residents.

Commissioner must launch a multimedia public awareness campaign in both English and Spanish to publicize the new websites.

Training and support services must be provided upon request to community groups, legislative district offices, and community-based health care providers to assist with program enrollment.

The act takes effect on the first day of the seventh month following enactment to allow time for website and campaign development.
