Prohibits the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and other State agencies from disclosing personal information of NJ driver's license holders to other states or interstate motor vehicle information networks for the purpose of issuing speed camera or red light camera citations

Protected personal information includes photographs, social security numbers, driver identification numbers, names, addresses, and telephone numbers

Applies specifically to violations captured by automated traffic control signal monitoring systems (red light cameras) and speed control devices in other states

Overrides existing information-sharing provisions under P.L.1966, c.73 (C.39:5D-1 et seq.) and P.L.1983, c.46 (C.39:5F-1 et seq.)

Takes effect immediately upon enactment; pre-filed for introduction in the 2026 legislative session
