Suspends automatic voter registration at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and other government agencies until county election officials and the Secretary of State develop and implement uniform standards to maintain voter roll accuracy

Required standards must include procedures to prevent duplicate voter records, timely removal of inactive, deceased, and non-resident voters, and routine cross-checking of voter registration data with state and potentially interstate databases

County election officials and the Secretary of State must submit a report to the Governor and Legislature within six months detailing the accuracy standards, implementation timeline, and any recommended statutory changes

Paper voter registration forms must be used at the MVC and other agencies during the suspension period until automatic registration is reactivated

Automatic voter registration resumes either upon enactment of any required statutory changes or upon the Secretary of State's certification that standards are in place and ready for implementation
