Increases annual tuition credit for volunteer firefighters and first aid/rescue squad members from $600 to $1,250 per year of service at New Jersey county colleges, vocational schools, and technical institutes.

Raises the maximum total tuition credit from $2,400 to $5,000 for the volunteer, their spouse, and dependent children over a four-year service period.

Requires volunteers to sign an agreement pledging four years of service to their municipality in exchange for the tuition credit benefit.

Benefits apply to active members in good standing and their families, subject to available classroom space and minimum enrollment requirements for courses.
