Residential tenants and small business commercial tenants may request rent suspension for up to 180 days (two 90-day periods), with no proof of hardship required and no late fees or immediate repayment of suspended rent upon conclusion.

Borrowers may request 180 days of forbearance on commercial, student, or other consumer loans, with repayment periods extended accordingly and no interest accruing on student loans during forbearance.

Foreclosure proceedings and evictions are prohibited for 90 days following the declared Public Health Emergency and State of Emergency from Executive Order 103 (March 9, 2020).

Consumer reporting agencies and users of consumer reports are prohibited from including or considering adverse credit information resulting from the pandemic for affected persons who provide notice, with agencies required to respond within five days of receiving such requests.
