Establishes that transportation network company drivers (e.g., Uber, Lyft) or taxicab drivers who commit sexual penetration against a passenger using coercion or without permission are guilty of aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree crime punishable by 10-20 years imprisonment and up to a $200,000 fine

Creates aggravated criminal sexual contact charges (third-degree crime) for drivers who commit sexual contact under the same circumstances, punishable by 3-5 years imprisonment and up to a $15,000 fine

Amends N.J.S.2C:14-2 and N.J.S.2C:14-3 to add rideshare and taxi drivers to the list of circumstances constituting aggravated offenses, alongside existing categories like armed perpetrators or those with supervisory power over victims
