Requires the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and South Jersey Transportation Authority to include customer choice of automatic replenishment amounts in any new or renewed E-ZPass administration contracts

Customers must be given the option to select from multiple pre-determined automatic replenishment amounts or choose their own custom amount

Customers must have the ability to change their automatic replenishment amount at any time

Both authorities are required to publish information about these customer options on their official websites

The bill takes effect immediately but does not affect contracts already in place at the time of enactment
