Expands "Daniel's Law" personal information protections to cover members of the Legislature and municipal court administrators, in addition to judicial officers, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and child protective investigators already protected

Requires covered entities to remove home addresses and unpublished phone numbers from the internet within 45 business days of receiving a written request (increased from 10 business days under current law)

Allows employers, unions, benevolent associations, and designated agents to submit protection requests on behalf of covered persons with written consent

Establishes criminal penalties for violations: fourth-degree crime for reckless violations and third-degree crime for purposeful violations of the disclosure prohibition

Adds "covered entity" definition to include any person, business, or association that discloses protected information of covered persons on the internet
