Requires courts to advise domestic violence victims and abusers about counseling programs available for minor children who witnessed or heard the alleged domestic violence, in addition to existing advisement about services for the parties themselves

Authorizes courts to order mandatory counseling for minor children who were physically present during, or who saw or heard, an act of domestic violence as part of final restraining order relief

Expands court authority to require defendants to undergo psychological evaluations, in addition to the existing option for psychiatric evaluations

Removes the requirement that parenting time risk assessments be conducted specifically by an "appropriate agency," allowing broader options for investigation or evaluation
