Requires school districts to provide instruction on the dangers of fentanyl and xylazine in grades 6 through 12 as part of the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education curriculum

Instruction must cover abuse prevention, poisoning awareness, dangers of synthetic opioids and counterfeit drugs, recognizing poisoning symptoms, emergency response, and legal immunity protections for reporting drug use or seeking treatment

Commissioner of Education must provide age-appropriate resources using information from federal agencies including NIH, DEA, CDC, and HHS, as well as state and local agencies

Department of Education must maintain a website with instructional materials, awareness resources for staff and parents, outreach organization information, and mental health resources

State Board of Education must review the required instruction every 15 years to determine if it remains necessary
