Requires establishment of an Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in every New Jersey state department, agency, authority, commission, and instrumentality

Each office will be led by a Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer appointed by the department head or Governor, who must be qualified by training and experience and serve full-time

Offices will serve as centralized hubs for DEI expertise and data, providing cross-cultural education, employee engagement programs, and tailored DEI training for each department

Offices must analyze and report on DEI data and recommend improvements to align operational processes with diversity best practices to create more equitable workplaces

Data collected by the offices is prohibited from being used or shared for civil immigration enforcement purposes
