Creates "converted development assistance aid" for school districts where age-restricted housing developments are converted to non-age-restricted developments under P.L.2009, c.82

Calculates aid by multiplying enrollment increase (from last full school year before converted development occupancy to budget year) by the lesser of actual cost per pupil or the district's adopted tuition rate

Caps the enrollment increase used in calculations at the actual number of students residing in converted developments who are enrolled in public schools, charter schools, or placed in private schools for students with disabilities

Excludes students receiving converted development assistance aid from the district's resident enrollment count for other State aid calculations

Permits districts to receive extraordinary special education costs aid and transportation aid for converted development students beyond the standard per-pupil amount
