Requires the New Jersey Division of Family Development to create a notice for SNAP applicants explaining eligibility requirements, verification requirements, and the county agency's responsibility to assist with applications.

Mandates the notice be written at a fourth-grade reading level in English and translated into the top seven most common non-English languages in the state, plus additional languages as needed based on applicant demographics.

Allows SNAP applicants during certification or recertification to self-attest to dependent care expenses, household composition, financial resources, shelter expenses, and citizenship status.

Prohibits requiring additional verification of self-attested information unless deemed questionable, except for immigration status which must be verified per federal law.

Requires written notice to applicants when self-attested information is questioned, explaining why it is questionable and providing examples of acceptable verification documents.
