Prohibits the sale of tobacco products, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic smoking devices (including e-cigarettes, vape cartridges, and components) at pharmacy practice sites and businesses with pharmacies on their premises in New Jersey.

Civil penalties for violations: minimum $250 for first offense, minimum $500 for second offense, and $1,000 for third and subsequent offenses, with penalties collected through municipal court proceedings.

Pharmacies and business entities violating the ban may face additional disciplinary action from the Board of Pharmacy or other relevant governmental agencies.

Exempts department stores and food retailers (where groceries constitute at least 65% of total annual sales) that operate or lease space to pharmacies on their premises.

Permits pharmacies to continue selling FDA-approved smoking cessation products and allows medical cannabis dispensary-permitted pharmacies to dispense medical cannabis and related supplies to registered patients.
