Establishes the "New Jersey Life Sciences Internship Challenge" program within the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to provide tax credit subsidies for summer internships at pharmaceutical or biotechnology research companies

Limits subsidies to 150 internships per academic year, available to companies with their principal place of business in New Jersey, fewer than 100 employees, and a research laboratory in the state

Caps tax credits at $15 per hour for up to 20 hours per week over 12 weeks per intern, with companies limited to subsidies for two interns per academic year

Requires interns to be New Jersey residents or full-time students at a New Jersey college/university who have completed at least two years of undergraduate study

Creates a password-protected online database of eligible internship applicants that participating life sciences companies can access to review and hire candidates
