Requires all insurers authorized to sell homeowners, renters, excess liability, or personal liability insurance in New Jersey to offer optional firearm liability coverage

Coverage must insure against bodily injury, death, and property damage arising from ownership, maintenance, operation, or use of a firearm carried in public

Minimum coverage limits set at $100,000 for injury or death of one person per incident, $300,000 for injury or death of multiple persons per incident, and $25,000 for property damage per incident

Applies to all covered policies delivered, issued, executed, or renewed after the act's effective date
