Requires New Jersey Transit Corporation to offer discount fares to elementary and secondary school students, as well as full-time college and university students, who commute to and from school

Provides discount fares to full-time workforce training program participants, including those in unpaid apprenticeships, internships, or other learning programs

Extends discount fares to individuals currently receiving Work First New Jersey public assistance benefits

Offers discount fares to newly employed individuals who meet specific criteria: at least 18 years old, not a full-time student, earning minimum wage, working at least 20 hours per week, unemployed for at least 30 days prior to new employment, not receiving Work First NJ benefits, and a New Jersey resident

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
