Requires all health insurance carriers in New Jersey to cover annual prostate cancer screenings without deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing for men ages 40-75

Expands the definition of "prostate cancer screening" beyond digital rectal exams and PSA tests to include follow-up testing such as urinary analysis, serum biomarkers, and medical imaging including MRI

Removes the previous restriction that limited coverage mandates to groups with more than 49 persons, extending requirements to all group sizes

Extends coverage requirements to individual health insurance policies, small employer health benefits plans, the State Health Benefits Program, and the School Employees' Health Benefits Program, which were not previously covered under existing law

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to all policies delivered, issued, executed, or renewed after that date
