Guide must identify available resources at each New Jersey institution of higher education, including disability career centers, work-based learning options, and accommodations such as note-taker services, exam accommodations, and accessible parking

Career planning guidance must cover disability disclosure to employers, requesting reasonable workplace accommodations, workers' rights for employees with disabilities, and available assistive technologies

Guide must include a list of national and regional organizations with contact information specifically for job seekers with disabilities

Office of the Secretary of Higher Education must publish the guide on its website, with the act taking effect 90 days after enactment
