Creates the Office of Disordered Eating Prevention within the Department of Health to develop resources, collaborate with mental health programs, and partner with the Department of Education to raise awareness about disordered eating, particularly among youth, older residents, people of color, and LGBTQ+ individuals

Establishes the Disordered Eating Prevention Research Grant Program to provide financial assistance to individuals and organizations conducting research on root causes, risk factors, and protective factors for disordered eating

Requires the office to create and annually update a culturally sensitive, multilingual resource with information on disordered eating risk factors and prevention

Mandates annual reports to the Governor and Legislature summarizing office activities, grant recipient information, and recommendations for improving disordered eating prevention statewide

Appropriates funds from the General Fund to the Department of Health as determined necessary by the Commissioner to implement the program
