Commissioner of Transportation must design and launch within 30 days a searchable public website tracking federal funds allocated to New Jersey for transportation infrastructure projects, accessible via the state's homepage at no charge

Each federally funded transportation project notice must include the coordinating entity's name, address, and principal officers; project description and purpose; cost; start and end dates; and administering state agency

Notices must report whether coordinating entities are certified minority or women-owned businesses, and track employment of state residents, women, and minorities resulting from each project

State Comptroller must monitor the website and notify the Governor, Senate President, and Assembly Speaker of any irregularities, inconsistencies, or failures to publish required notifications

State Comptroller must submit annual reports by December 1 detailing website operations, identified issues, employment data for residents and minority/women workers, and the number of certified minority and women-owned businesses involved in projects
