Adds housing for resident farm employees as a protected activity under New Jersey's "Right to Farm" law, preventing municipal or county ordinances from prohibiting such housing

Defines "resident farm employee" as a full-time worker engaged in agricultural production on a commercial farm, excluding farm owners, their descendants, and equine-related employees

Requires all resident farm employee housing to comply with the State Uniform Construction Code, Seasonal Farm Labor Act, federal Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, and Department of Community Affairs standards

Prohibits municipalities from denying certificates of occupancy for compliant housing and bars charging rent to resident farm employees living in such housing
