Amends New Jersey law to exempt campaign finance reports filed with the Election Law Enforcement Commission from personal information redaction and nondisclosure requirements

Applies to all reports concerning campaign contributions and expenditures filed by individuals, candidates, campaigns, committees, or other entities under "The New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act"

Current law allows certain public officials and employees (such as judges and law enforcement officers) to have personal information like home addresses redacted from public records

This bill creates a new exception requiring personal information to remain visible on election-related financing documents, even for individuals otherwise entitled to privacy protections

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
