Prohibits New Jersey Transit Corporation from implementing automatic fare increases on motorbus regular routes and rail passenger services

Defines "automatic fare increase" as any fare increase that occurs automatically after a period of time elapses, when adopted as part of a plan for periodic increases

Requires any future fare increases to be individually approved rather than implemented through pre-scheduled automatic mechanisms

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
