Exempts recall petitions from address redaction requirements, ensuring signers' and circulators' information remains public

Exempts campaign finance reports filed with the Election Law Enforcement Commission from redaction, including contribution and expenditure reports from candidates, campaigns, committees, and entities seeking public contracts

Exempts gubernatorial candidates' financial disclosure statements and lobbyist/governmental affairs agent reports from the nondisclosure requirements

Requires the Office of Information Privacy director to prominently display all exceptions to redaction requirements on the secure portal where covered persons request privacy protections
