Creates a "Disabled Veteran" license plate featuring a wheelchair symbol for veterans with any degree of service-connected disability whose walking ability is limited or impaired, as certified by a licensed physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner

Applicants must provide medical documentation of their walking impairment and pay a $15 fee for the license plates

Holders of the qualified disabled veteran license plate may park in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities without needing to obtain a separate disability identification card or placard

License plates are non-transferable and exclusively for use by the veteran to whom they are issued

Misuse or abuse of parking privileges will result in revocation of all benefits and forfeiture of the license plate; law takes effect six months after enactment
