The Secretary of Agriculture and State Board of Agriculture must develop and implement a "Jersey Vines Program" to encourage, advertise, and promote wine sales from licensed plenary and farm wineries in New Jersey

Wines promoted under the program must be produced using grapes, fruits, and other ingredients cultivated and grown in New Jersey

The program will increase consumer awareness of the state wine industry through advertising campaigns, marketing programs, and dissemination of information about wineries, vineyards, and farms

A "Jersey Vines" labeling program, modeled after the existing "Jersey Fresh" program, will be created to identify wines produced in New Jersey

The Department of Agriculture is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to implement the program
