Prohibits holders of amusement games licenses from conducting or permitting gambling activities on their premises, accepting wagers on licensed amusement games, or advertising/promoting such gambling activities

Removes immunity from prosecution under New Jersey gambling laws (Title 2C, chapter 37) for licensees who allow wagering or gambling on their licensed amusement games

Classifies violations as a disorderly persons offense, subjecting offenders to license forfeiture and applicable illegal gambling penalties

Amends P.L.1959, c.109 (the Amusement Games Licensing Law) to explicitly prohibit bookmaking, off-track betting, pool selling, and wagers on game outcomes at licensed amusement venues

Applies prohibition to both direct gambling by license holders and allowing third parties to facilitate gambling activities on their property or games
