Authorizes the Attorney General or Commissioner of Health to order seizure and disposal or destruction of cigarettes and vapor products found in violation, declaring them contraband goods

Civil penalties for flavored cigarette violations range from $250 (first offense) to $1,000 (third and subsequent offenses); flavored vapor product violations range from $500 to $2,000

Penalties collected are paid into the treasury of the municipality where the violation occurred for general municipal use
