Voters unable to provide primary identification must present two forms of supplemental identification, such as utility bills with name and address, mortgage or rental statements, or government/utility mail showing the voter's address

Identification must be physical documents and cannot be digital

Voters who fail to present identification or whose identification information does not match their voter information may have their eligibility challenged by the district board

District boards must inspect identification in full view of challengers before issuing ballots, with the existing challenge and determination process remaining in place for disputed cases
