Amends the definition of "compensation" for the Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) to include additional pay for extracurricular duties performed beyond the regular school day or school year

Extracurricular duties covered include preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities

Currently, pay for extracurricular activities is explicitly excluded from pension compensation calculations; this bill reverses that exclusion

The change applies to both regular TPAF members and those who joined on or after July 1, 2007 (who are subject to the Social Security wage contribution base cap)

Takes effect on the first day of the second month following enactment
