Establishes the Office of Cybersecurity Infrastructure within the Department of the Treasury, operating independently and reporting directly to the Governor

Director is appointed by the Governor with Senate confirmation, and may appoint up to six Deputy Directors to oversee specific areas of cybersecurity operations

Office responsibilities include establishing statewide cybersecurity policies, implementing secure technology infrastructure for nonprofit and private organizations, and developing AI integration policies for public and private institutions

Requires the Director to coordinate with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Director of the NJ Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell to establish Service Level Agreements with Executive Branch agencies

Mandates annual public reports to the Governor and Legislature on cybersecurity infrastructure operations, due by January 1 each year
