Increases the total authorized loan amount for NJ Infrastructure Bank transportation infrastructure projects from $53,883,706 to $61,400,000 for Fiscal Year 2025

Expands the project eligibility list from 14 to 20 local government transportation infrastructure projects, adding new projects in municipalities including Robbinsville Township, Bayonne City, Hoboken City, and Willingboro Township

Removes the Atlantic County Route 629 Pedestrian & Traffic Signal Improvement Project ($12,170,500 total allowable loan) from the eligibility list

Adjusts individual project loan amounts for several existing projects, including increases for Bayonne City's E. 25th Street Pedestrian Bridge Replacement, Essex County bridge repairs, and Hoboken's Sinatra Drive Redesign Project

Maintains loan eligibility expiration date of July 1, 2025, by which project sponsors must execute loan agreements with the bank
