Allows county boards of elections to extend the electioneering prohibition from 100 feet to 200 feet from polling place entrances and ballot drop boxes at their discretion

Requires county boards to post clear and conspicuous notice of any extended electioneering prohibition outside polling places, rooms, or ballot drop boxes before enforcement begins

Makes violations of the extended 200-foot electioneering prohibition a disorderly persons offense, the same penalty as for violations of the standard 100-foot prohibition

Applies the extended prohibition option to early voting sites as well as regular election day polling places

Amends multiple sections of election law (R.S.19:34-6, R.S.19:34-7, R.S.19:34-15) to incorporate the optional extended electioneering distance
